Location: Coimbatore Department: E-commerce & Digital Experience Experience: 2 Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Developer with strong Shopify and CSS expertise to build high-performance, responsive, and visually engaging e-commerce websites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify theme development, modern CSS frameworks, and front-end best practices. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Create responsive UI components optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.Translate design mockups (Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD) into pixel-perfect web interfaces.Implement and maintain reusable CSS architecture and front-end components.Optimize website performance, page speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.Work closely with designers, marketing teams, and developers to deliver seamless user experiences.Integrate Shopify apps and customize storefront features when required.Troubleshoot front-end issues and ensure consistent UI behavior across devices.Maintain clean, well-documented, and version-controlled code.Required Skills Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.Expert-level knowledge of CSS, including Flexbox, Grid, animations, transitions, and media queries.Hands-on experience with Shopify theme development and Liquid templating.Good understanding of JavaScript / jQuery.Experience with Figma or similar design tools.Familiarity with Shopify Online Store 2.0, sections, templates, and theme customization.Understanding of SEO-friendly front-end practices and Core Web Vitals.Knowledge of Git/version control workflows.Preferred Qualifications Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.Exposure to Shopify app integrations and theme app extensions.Basic understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, or e-commerce tracking.Experience working in an agency or e-commerce environment is an added advantage.Educational Qualification Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Visual Communication, or a related field.Relevant certifications or a strong portfolio will also be considered.What We Expect Strong eye for typography, spacing, color, and overall UI aesthetics.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Good communication and collaboration skills.Passion for creating fast, elegant, and conversion-focused e-commerce experiences.Nice to Have Shopify Plus experience.Knowledge of React, Vue, or other modern front-end frameworks.Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP or Framer Motion.Compensation: From 306,599.37 per year Work Location: In person .
