As a Senior Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) Administrator, you will manage and support the Salesforce CRM and Pardot platform for a global user base. The role includes L2 support, advanced configuration, marketing automation support, user management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of platform capabilities. You will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring best practices, platform efficiency, and alignment between Sales and Marketing business needs. Job Description: Key Accountabilities Provide L2 support for Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot) platforms. Support user queries and deliver training on Salesforce and Pardot functionalities. Manage user and license administration including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, and Pardot user access. Handle data migrations, data loading requests, and marketing data management activities. Support integrations between Salesforce, Pardot, and external/downstream systems. Configure and maintain Pardot assets including Engagement Studio programs, automation rules, dynamic lists, completion actions, forms, landing pages, and email templates. Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce-Pardot sync issues and ensure proper lead lifecycle management. Support campaign execution, lead nurturing, scoring/grading models, and campaign reporting. Stay up to date with Salesforce and Pardot releases and evaluate new features. Execute Salesforce configuration changes including flows, approval processes, layouts, record types, dashboards, reports, and validation rules. Identify underutilized platform features and collaborate with product owners for backlog prioritization. Establish best practices, maintain documentation, and suggest continuous improvements. Professional Knowledge/Skills 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot). Certified Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Account Engagement Specialist certification is preferred Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and automation tools. Experience with Engagement Studio, Automation Rules, Dynamic Lists, and Completion Actions. Knowledge of lead management lifecycle and marketing automation best practices. Experience with Salesforce-Pardot integrations and troubleshooting sync issues. Experience working in a global organization. Solid problem-solving and analytical skills Self-motivated and able to work independently and in teams Work Location: In person .
