You will get to work closely with key stakeholders and client in translating the needs of the business to enable delivery of successful IT and business change. You will analyse customer business requirements and define the end-to-end customer solution based on the product capabilities. Together with the Project Manager you will work on defining project scope and guide effort estimations for the delivery organization. You will be involved in intensive customer communication to understand and align customer requirements. This is an exciting role with a company that is delivering innovative technology solutions in mainly telecom industry. Your role will include all development activities such as: requirement analysis, software design, integration, verification, simulations, tools design, product lifecycle management support and product documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work. Key Qualifications and skills Preferably experience in designing and implementing solutions based on Ruby, ReactJS, Turbo Rails Written production- Quality code in Ruby and ReactJS Built high-quality, maintainable software collaboratively, incrementally, and pragmatically Used context-appropriate automated testing to inform software design choices and catch bugs Addressed architecture-level concerns such as scalability, security, reliability, and performance Excellent knowledge in Linux environments Experience working with open-source SW components and tools Working knowledge of UNIX, Windows, TCP/IP networking Experience working with Database, AWS Cloud Working experience of SSO, WSO Identity management with JWT authentication Proven problem solving and analytical skills Experienced in applying Agile methodologies, Scrum Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Logical and conceptual thinker with great attention to detail and can-do attitude Professional experience in defining IT solution based on customer requirements, preferable in the Telecom industry Understanding of business process definition and documentation Fluent in English Technical Skills: Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, Typescript Experience: 3-5 Years Job Location: Mumbai, Netherlands (on-site .
