Opening For the position of Manager SAP (lEAD sap) (Mumbai)

Role & responsibilities : - Serve as the overall SAP Lead, responsible for governance, roadmap, and performance of all SAP modules. - Act as the single-point owner for SAP systems across all modules (PP, QM, MM, SD, PM, EWM, FI/CO, etc.). - Own end-to-end SAP delivery including implementations, rollouts, enhancements, integrations, and support. - Define SAP standards, best practices, and solution architecture across the enterprise. - Act as the primary point of contact between business user, IT teams and SAP partners. - Provide subject matter expertise for manufacturing and production processes, leveraging prior hands-on expertise in SAP PP and QM. - Drive optimization of: - Production planning and execution - Process and batch manufacturing - Quality planning, inspections, compliance, and batch release - Drive standardization of production processes across multiple plants. - Lead and mentor SAP functional team and consultants across modules. - Manage external vendors, system integrators, and SAP partners. - Support audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements - Solid hands-on exposure to production processes in chemical or process manufacturing industries. - Proven experience in leading enterprise-wide SAP landscapes and cross-module teams. Preferred candidate profile : - Bachelors degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline. - SAP certifications in PP, QM, or S/4HANA Manufacturing preferred. - Experience leading SAP programs in regulated manufacturing environments. - Job Location - Thane (prefering candidate from Navi Mumbai, Thane, Mumbai nearby locations) .
