We are currently hiring for a SAP Cloud Transformation Consultant Architect role on behalf of our client. Quick overview Position: SAP Cloud Transformation Consultant Architect Type: Full-time Compensation: As per Industry Standards / Based on Experience Required Experience: 8 10+ Years in SAP consulting with a strong focus on S/4HANA Public Cloud. Working Days: Hybrid WFH (Selected candidates will need to travel to Jaipur for a 2 3 week onsite assessment) Location: Any Location in India Role Responsibilities Perform deep-dive assessments of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud processes, controls, configurations, and integrations.Analyze current-state implementation maturity against business processes and stakeholder expectations.Identify functional, technical, process, reporting, and master data gaps.Review workflows, interfaces, automation opportunities, and reporting challenges.Define stabilization, recovery, and implementation completion roadmaps.Recommend process optimization, control improvements, and remediation plans.Validate SAP FICO & MM configurations, integrations, and reporting structures.Support remediation of master data quality and structural issues.Coordinate with business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and implementation partners.Drive implementation stabilization, business adoption, and Go-Live re-adoption support.Provide functional guidance, user support, training, and hypercare assistance.Assist in defining the future-state operating model, transformation roadmap, and required skillsets. Requirements 8 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting with a strong focus on S/4HANA Public Cloud.Deep expertise in SAP FICO and MM modules configuration, integration, and reporting.Proven experience in SAP implementation assessments, gap analysis, and stabilization projects.Strong understanding of business process design, master data management, and workflow automation.Experience working with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders and implementation partners.Ability to define and execute transformation roadmaps and future-state operating models.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Prior experience in Go-Live support, hypercare, and business adoption programs is a plus.Willingness to travel to Jaipur for a 2 3 week onsite assessment when required.
