About the Role We are looking for a Product Lead to drive the strategy, roadmap, and growth of our Video Management Systems (VMS) portfolio. The role involves working closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Customers, and Technology Partners to build scalable, AI-enabled video surveillance solutions and deliver successful go-to-market initiatives. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap. Drive go-to-market planning and support product sales. Gather customer and market insights to enhance the product. Lead product launches and enable internal teams. Support strategic customer engagements and business growth. Ensure product scalability, interoperability, and competitive positioning. Requirements 812 years of experience in Product Management or Technical Product Leadership. Experience in Video Management Systems (VMS), Video Surveillance, or Physical Security. Solid knowledge of IP cameras, NVRs, ONVIF, RTSP, RTMP, HLS, and AI video analytics. Understanding of cybersecurity, APIs, system integrations, and enterprise video solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. .
