Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days Contract Role: 6 Months ( Third Party Payroll) (Extended) Location : Bangalore 8+ years of experience in UX/UI or Interaction Design Degree in Interaction Design, User Experience, or Digital Design Design intuitive, user-centered experiences across digital applications Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define user journeys Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries) Create information architecture (site maps, navigation flows, content hierarchy) Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and accessibility standards Advocate for user-centric design throughout the product lifecycle Work closely with developers for feasible and consistent implementation Use analytics and feedback for continuous UX improvements Hands-on with design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics .
