Job Title: Technical Business Analyst Finance Domain Experience: 68 Years Location: Chennai, India Reporting To: Enterprise Applications Manager / ERP Program Lead Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with solid Finance domain expertise to support and enhance the ERP platform. The role requires close collaboration with Finance stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Development teams, and external vendors to drive business process improvements and successful project deliveries. The candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and integration standards. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis Conduct requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders. Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Perform gap analysis between current and future-state processes. Document business requirements, use cases, workflows, and functional specifications. Create process maps and user journeys. Finance Process Management Support Finance-related ERP modules including: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Revenue Management, Financial Reporting Solution Design Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD). Collaborate with Solution Architects and Development teams. Validate proposed solutions against business requirements. Support integration design with internal and external systems. Testing & Delivery Prepare UAT scenarios and test cases. Coordinate testing with business users. Manage defect triage and resolution. Support production deployment and stabilization. Governance & Compliance Support audit activities and regulatory compliance. Ensure documentation standards are maintained. Participate in change management and governance reviews. Mandatory Skills Functional Robust Finance domain knowledge. ERP implementation/support experience. Requirement elicitation and stakeholder management. Process modeling and business documentation. Technical SQL querying capability. Data analysis and reconciliation. API and integration understanding. Reporting and dashboard exposure. Preferred Skills ERP modernization projects. SaaS platform integrations. Agile and Scrum methodologies. Power BI exposure. Educational Qualification BE/BTech/MCA/BSc IT MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA preferred .
