The ideal candidate will work with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions across retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, and e-commerce platforms. Key Requirements 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.Mandatory experience in both Retail and Fashion/Apparel domains.Experience in PLM implementation.Hands-on experience with POS, ERP, Merchandising, Inventory, Supply Chain, and E-commerce platforms.Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and Confluence.Experience working with USA/Europe stakeholders.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.Knowledge of B2B/B2C platforms and omnichannel retail is preferred. .
