Roles and Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives, identifying opportunities for process improvements. Develop detailed technical specifications and documentation for software development projects using Agile methodologies. Participate in Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Job Requirements : 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
