Responsibilities - Own the sales strategy, plan and revenue delivery for the entire assigned region. Identify and personally manage the region's most strategic, high-value, and technically complex accounts.Drive deep application understanding for complex or critical customer requirements.Build and continuously strengthen relationships with senior stakeholders at key customer organisations.Identify new market segments, applications and OEM opportunities within the region.Own and deliver the region's monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.Lead techno-commercial negotiations on large or strategic deals.Take final regional accountability for receivables.Coordinate with production, quality, planning and dispatch teams.Develop and maintain a clear view of the region's market potential.Translate market intelligence into actionable inputs for the Sales & Marketing Head.Prepare and present regional sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and performance reports.Represent Nexthermal at relevant trade shows, exhibitions and industry forums.Allocate territory/accounts, set individual targets, and provide hands-on technical and commercial guidance.Coordinate with any authorised channel partners/distributors active in the region.Ensure consistent CRM/reporting discipline and account hygiene across the region.Provide input to the Sales & Marketing Head on the region's resourcing needs. Qualifications - Strong working knowledge of heat transfer principles, electrical loading, materials and certifications relevant to industrial heaters and sensors. Ability to engage credibly with customers' senior design and engineering teams.Demonstrated ability to independently own and grow a region's revenue.Advanced negotiation skills with experience closing large, complex deals.Strong commercial acumen pricing strategy, margin management, credit and receivables discipline.High degree of ownership and self-direction.Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills.Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Willingness for extensive travel across the region.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
