MBA with specialization in HR or Post Graduation in social Welfare with experience of 15 years Domain knowledge in both HR & ER including labour laws Key Result Areas/Accountabilities Supporting Actions Business Excellence Ensuring implementation of short term and long term HR and ER policies in sync with strategic objectives of the Organisation with special focus on the imperatives of the Baphlimali bauxite mines Leading the change process with respect to HR/ ER interventions for a value driven culture, disciplined shop floor working Ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets with respect to talent acquisition and retention towards supporting business growth and efficiencies Ensuring implementations of SOPs related to people processes Cost Ensuring cost saving in terms of talent acquisition and management through improvement of efficiencies of process across area of operation Cash Ensuring implementation of manpower plan and optimum deployment to improve profitability Customer Centricity Ensuring implementation of employee engagement initiatives to boost employee engagement Overseeing implementation of stipulated lead time for suitable talent acquisition towards supporting operations Leading negotiation with Trade Unions for long term settlements in line with business requirements and productivity expectations Maintaining liaison with union leaders, representatives of the local community to minimize disruptions Overseeing effective implementation of Resettlement & Rehabilitation activities to cover Project Affected People, if any, at the Baphlimali Mines Ensuring proper maintece and upkeep of the Contract Labour Colony Sustainability and Compliance Overseeing all statutory compliance within timelines particularly with respect to manpower deployment with focus on contractual manpower deployment Partnering implementation of good housekeeping practices and green initiatives in areas under jurisdiction Safety Ensuring im plementation of Health, Safety, Environment norms with focus safety related training and awareness sessions imparted through unit teams towards embedding safety culture across mines under jurisdiction Overseeing e mergency handling readiness across mines under jurisdiction People development and engagement Ensuring the following by the HR/ ER activities at the Baphlimali bauxite mines: Ontime acquisition of critical talent with respect to frontline categories of employees Implementation of performance management process as per guidelines and timelines Grievance resolution and employee wellbeing through engagement with all categories of employees towards maintece of harmonious employee relations Implementation of employee engagement initiatives, recognition schemes to improve employee connect Ensuring intake and deployment of appropriate contractual workforce, their continuous training and wellbeing as per company guidelines and statutory norms Engaging with Unions and political leaders for quick resolution of employee issues, contract labour issues and harmonious employee relations and community connect Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
