Job Title: Critical Care Coordinator Experience: 35 Years Salary: 35,000 45,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Coordinator to oversee and coordinate critical care operations and ensure smooth communication between doctors, nursing staff, patients, attendants, and various hospital departments. The candidate should be capable of handling urgent situations, coordinating resources, and maintaining efficient ICU operations. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate daily operations and activities within the critical care/ICU department. * Coordinate with doctors, nurses, technicians, diagnostics, pharmacy, ambulance, and other hospital departments. * Manage coordination for ICU admissions, patient transfers, referrals, and discharges. * Ensure timely availability of ICU beds, medical equipment, medicines, and other required resources. * Coordinate diagnostic investigations and ensure timely communication of reports to the concerned team. * Maintain accurate patient-related records, reports, and departmental documentation. * Handle patient attendants' queries professionally and coordinate with the medical team for appropriate responses. * Monitor pending requirements and ensure timely follow-up with the concerned departments. * Escalate critical operational issues and emergencies to the appropriate authority without delay. * Support doctors and nursing teams in maintaining smooth patient-care workflows. * Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, infection-control practices, and confidentiality requirements. * Prepare daily operational reports and maintain necessary records. Requirements * Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, or a related field. * 35 years of relevant experience in ICU, critical care, hospital operations, or healthcare coordination. * Strong understanding of hospital and critical-care workflows. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and coordination abilities. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle emergency situations. * Good knowledge of medical terminology and patient documentation. * Proficiency in basic computer applications and hospital management software. * Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and emergencies when required. .
