The ideal candidate should have a strong background in new business development, field sales, client acquisition, and consultative selling. Candidates with experience selling ERP products such as SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, Zoho ERP, TallyPrime, or similar business applications will be preferred. Immediate Joiners are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through field sales, cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation. Identify and acquire new clients across Manufacturing, Retail, Trading, Distribution, Logistics, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Service industries. Meet prospective clients and conduct product demonstrations and business presentations. Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable ERP, CRM, SFA, AI, and Automation solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure. Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, Business Owners, Finance Heads, Operations Heads, and other decision-makers. Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Solution Consultants, and Technical teams for proposal preparation and product demonstrations. Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Required Skills 26 years of experience in ERP Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, IT Solution Sales, or Enterprise Sales. Strong experience in B2B Sales and New Customer Acquisition. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proven experience in field sales and consultative selling. Good understanding of ERP business processes and digital transformation solutions. Experience selling SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, Zoho ERP, TallyPrime, Salesforce, CRM, or similar enterprise software is an added advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for client meetings. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in ERP Software Sales. Strong hunting and client acquisition mindset. Comfortable interacting with CXOs and senior business stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment. Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
