A Tender Executive manages the end-to-end bidding process, identifying prospects, analyzing requirements, and preparing technical/commercial proposals to ensure timely, compliant submissions. Documentation & Preparation: Analyzing tender documents, preparing pre-qualification documents, technical bids, and commercial proposals (BOQ). Compliance & Submission: Ensuring all tenders meet strict requirements and deadlines for submission (online and offline). Coordination: Working with sales, technical, legal, and finance teams to gather necessary inputs and approvals. Relationship Management: Liaising with clients or purchasing authorities to clarify tender requirements and post-submission queries.
