We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to generate and convert leads into long-term clients. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.Conduct product presentations and sales meetings with prospective clients.Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversion rates.Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing with clients.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or company systems.Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).12 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.Preferred Qualities Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Professional appearance and customer-focused approach.What We Offer Compensation: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
