We are looking for technicians for our Fire Fighting department for high rise building. Brief of work responsibilities: Maintenance of Fire Protection & Fire alarm systems. (Hydrant system, sprinkler, Smoke detectors etc.)As per schedule Checking & ensuring all tenants Fire Protection & Fire alarm systems in working condition as per schedule and service providersDetect deviations on safety adherence;Periodic checking of all fire exits, staircase pressurization, exhaust systemDaily checking & verify the work permits for any safety deviation in the project areasKnowledge of Emergency Evacuation, periodic rehearsals incorporating tenants staff, own staffJob Type: Full-time Compensation: 24,000.00 - 28,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Confirm current salary and expected alsoWork Location: In person .
