The company offers financing for new home purchases, home expansion and upgrades, home construction on owned land, and small-ticket loans against property, primarily for middle- and lower-income segments. ISFC has designed a hassle-free, straightforward loan management process to make access to housing finance more convenient and transparent. The organizations mission is to help average-earning citizens own a home by providing loans up to Rs 30 lakhs. The head office is located in Gurugram, Haryana.nRole Description This is a full-time, in office Portfolio Manager role based in Mathura. The Portfolio Manager will oversee a portfolio of housing and loan-against-property customers, monitor portfolio performance, and manage credit risk while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include reviewing loan files, tracking repayments, identifying and addressing early warning signals, and implementing strategies to improve portfolio quality. The role involves coordinating with branch teams, underwriting and collections functions, and senior management to optimize returns and maintain portfolio health. The Portfolio Manager will also prepare periodic reports, analyze trends, and suggest process improvements to support sustainable growth in the region.nQualificationsn nCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret portfolio data, assess risk, and make sound credit decisions.Candidates should possess Finance and Investments knowledge to understand lending products, pricing, and portfolio returns.Candidates should possess Portfolio Management skills to oversee loan accounts, maintain asset quality, and optimize performance.Candidates should possess Trading or market-awareness skills to stay informed about interest rate movements and real estate trends impacting the portfolio.Relevant experience in housing finance, NBFCs, or banking, preferably in credit, risk, or portfolio management.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with branch teams and customers on-site.Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis tools for portfolio tracking and reporting.Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage. . .
