Role Overview We are seeking a high-performing Solution Sales Specialist who can bridge the gap between technology and business. You will own strategic opportunities end to end from discovery to proposal, solutioning, and closure and act as a trusted advisor to clients. The role expects you to run L1 technical and solution conversations independently, engaging pre-sales for deeper technical input rather than for every interaction, and to translate business priorities into Celebal's offerings across Data Engineering, Cloud Modernisation, Enterprise Automation, SAP data monetisation, and AI-led transformation. Key Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end business development and sales lifecycle for enterprise and strategic accounts from prospecting through solutioning, commercial negotiation, and closure carrying an individual revenue quota. - Independently lead L1 technical and solution conversations, engaging pre-sales and delivery only for deeper technical input, and act as the primary point of trust for the client. - Author and own commercial and technical documentation SOWs, MSAs, RFP/RFI responses, pricing models, and proposals independently and to a high standard. - Champion solution themes around Gen AI, Data Modernisation, App Re-engineering, Power Platform, SAP, Data Governance, and Intelligent Automation. - Build and manage account plans and pipeline, using CRM and market intelligence to identify upsell, cross-sell, and whitespace opportunities. - Represent Celebal at global industry and partner events (e.g. the Data + AI Summit) for lead generation and enterprise relationship building; Celebal participates in ~100 events annually based on need. - Leverage partner ecosystems (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, SAP) through co-sell and co-marketing motions to accelerate pipeline. - Collaborate with Marketing and Inside Sales on campaigns, events, and ABM strategies targeting CXO personas. - Own accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, quarterly business planning, and all mandatory internal reporting. Desired Skills & Experience - 5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, cloud solutions, data, or analytics. - Proven track record in enterprise solution selling and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. - Strong understanding of Azure, Databricks, SAP, Power Platform, AI/ML, Data Lakehouse, and automation platforms enough to run L1 technical discovery independently. - Proven ability to draft SOWs, MSAs, pricing models, and solution documents without dependency on pre-sales. - Experience selling to and influencing CXO and senior stakeholders across geographies and time zones. - Strong familiarity with partner ecosystems (Microsoft, Databricks, SAP, AWS) and co-selling models. - Familiarity with co-selling models; exposure to leading or mentoring a small BD / inside-sales function is a plus. - Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in high-growth or startup environments; strong business acumen and industry-specific insight. - Willingness to travel to client, industry, and partner events, and to co-locate with the Jaipur team (initial travel with phased relocation). Success in the First 612 Months - Ramp on Celebal's offerings, partner motions, and internal processes; build credible CXO relationships in assigned accounts. - Establish a qualified pipeline and independently progress deals through solutioning and proposal stages. - Close initial strategic wins and contribute to quarterly targets and forecasting discipline.
