Location: Bangalore (On-site Client's office) Reporting to: Global Security Manager Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9am - 6pm Overview Youll be part of Corporate Security Infrastructure (CSI) team, responsible for providing support to the security systems and technology team. This role involves administering, managing configuration, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting all physical security systems offering all rounds of support. The primary functions of this role will be: - Support Genetec required systems administration, programming, training, and maintenance. - Triage and troubleshoot issues with access control, video, and intercom systems relating to physical security. This will be done through the JIRA ticketing system. - Continuously document processes and procedures for physical security systems. - Develop and maintain training programs to support security operations teams. - Audit and improve all aspects of physical security systems on an ongoing basis. - Coordinate with office security teams to test technical security measures. - Implement enhancements to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of security operations - Coordinate and dispatch local security integrator technicians to respond to and troubleshoot reported issues. - Perform routine maintenance on security systems, including software updates and hardware checks - Support and manage various physical security systems projects. - Incident response, collaborating with the GSOC team to respond to security incidents and alarms, taking appropriate actions as required. - Assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of security systems, ensuring they operate smoothly. Experience and Qualifications: To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following: - Extensive experience with Physical Security Systems, specifically Genetec - Fully certified in Genetec Access Control and Video systems - Experience working with Genetec Federations and Hybrid systems - Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance of access control, CCTV and Intruder alarm systems. - Robust problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges. - Experience with Windows, MacOS, and Genetec Security Center - Experience with server and computer administration - Experience with network architecture - Strong experience with spreadsheets and data analysis - Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA - Strong communication skills, fluent in English - Relentless attention to detail Send your resume to .
