3-7 years of Manual and Automation testing experience in Mainframe environment with COBOL, CICS, JCL, VSAM, DB0 & SQL Queries Experience in developing Automation scripts & Automation tools ALM, Selenium etcExperience in understanding the requirements, Test Strategy and writing functional test casesPayroll/HCM or financial domain is a plusExcellent academic background, preferably B.Tech / B.E Computer Science & EngineeringShould be on permanent rolls with good organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Must demonstrate a flexible approach towards work, and ability to move across rolesExcellent problem solving, excellent interpersonal skills and analytical skills with exquisite attention to detail, ability to think strategically and logicallyExperience on Agile Methodology / Processes preferred; process adherence; having the ability to enhance, optimize and continuously improve existing processes .
