Location Hyderabad (Work From Office) Who Are We Looking For We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) QA Engineer with hands-on experience in testing enterprise eCommerce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in functional testing, integration testing, API validation, and end-to-end testing within Salesforce Commerce Cloud environments. You will work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) applications. Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and End-to-End (E2E) Testing. Validate core eCommerce functionalities including: Product Catalog Search & Navigation Shopping Cart Checkout Pricing & Promotions Customer Accounts Order Management Test integrations with Salesforce CRM, Payment Gateways, Tax Services, Order Management Systems (OMS), ERP systems, and other third-party applications. Collaborate with development teams to identify, troubleshoot, document, and resolve application defects. Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Create and maintain test documentation, defect reports, test execution reports, and Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTMs). Support release validation, production deployment, and post-release verification activities. Work closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure complete test coverage. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing methodologies, and automation initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience. At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) testing experience. Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes and customer journeys. Experience testing: Product Catalog Search & Navigation Shopping Cart Checkout Pricing & Promotions Customer Accounts Order Management Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager and Storefront Architecture. Experience with API testing using Postman or similar API testing tools. Good understanding of REST and SOAP Web Services . Experience with defect tracking and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps . Good SQL knowledge for backend data validation and verification. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies. Preferred Skills Experience working on enterprise-scale eCommerce applications. Knowledge of test automation frameworks and automation best practices. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release management processes. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
