We are looking for an experienced Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer (Java + Angular) to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build modern enterprise solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular while contributing to architecture decisions, code quality, and continuous product improvement. Responsibilities Develop and maintain full-stack web applications (frontend + backend)Build responsive and user-friendly UI using React or AngularDesign and develop scalable backend APIs using Node.js / Python / JavaWork with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data efficientlyOptimize applications for performance, scalability, and securityCollaborate with UX designers, product managers, and QA teamsParticipate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and code reviewsOwn features end-to-end from development to deployment Technical Skills Required Strong hands-on experience in Java (Java 8 or above)Good knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPAExperience in Angular (preferably Angular 15 or above)Strong understanding of SQL and database performance tuning (MySQL / MS SQL / Oracle)Experience in building REST APIs and working with microservicesKnowledge of OOP concepts and SOLID principlesExperience with unit testing and TDD approach (JUnit preferred)Familiarity with CI/CD tools like JenkinsVersion control experience using Git / GerritUnderstanding of Maven build toolsBasic knowledge of AWS is preferred Would Be An Advantage Experience working in startup or product-based environmentsExposure to cloud platforms like AWS / GCP / AzureBasic knowledge of Docker and KubernetesUnderstanding of microservices architecture Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldEquivalent technical degree is also acceptableAdditional certifications in Java, Angular, or Cloud technologies will be an advantage Technology: Java Full Stack (Angular) Job Type: Full Time Job Location: Delhi Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid Experience: 5 to 8 Years .

If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
