Job Responsibilities: Follow up with customers for timely repayment of loan installments Visit customers in the field for collection of overdue payments Maintain records of collection activities and update reports regularly Build and maintain healthy relationships with customers Handle delinquent accounts and ensure resolution within timelines Coordinate with branch team for recovery strategies Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred 0 to 1 year of experience in field sales or collections Fresher with robust communication skills can also apply Must be willing to travel locally for field work Key Skills Required: Good communication and negotiation skills Basic understanding of collection processes Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred Salary & Advantages: PF & ESIC included in CTC Gratuity (as per statutory norms) Group Personal Accident Insurance Policy Group Medical Insurance up to 1.25 lakhs 35 paid leaves per year after completion of one year Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: 13,000.00 - 17,000.00 per month Advantages: Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location: In person .
