Skills Required - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication in English. - Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP\/POS systems. - Inventory and stock management knowledge. - Financial reporting and budgeting skills. - Customer relationship management. - Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets. - Valid driver's license preferred. - Police Clearance Certificate. - Must pass a Drug Test. - Non\-smoker preferred.
