Loans Officer

We are looking for motivated and experienced Loan Officers Agri Loan to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing agricultural loan customers, generating leads, assisting customers with loan applications, and ensuring proper documentation and timely processing of loan cases. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and acquire new customers for agricultural loans.Visit farmers, agricultural businesses, and potential customers to explain loan products.Collect and verify customer and loan-related documents.Assist customers throughout the loan application and approval process.Conduct field visits for customer verification and document collection.Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.Achieve assigned monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.Ensure proper KYC and documentation as per company guidelines.Maintain regular reports of leads, applications, approvals, and disbursements.Eligibility Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).Minimum 1 year of experience in loan sales, banking, financial services, microfinance, NBFC, or related field sales.Experience in Agri Loan / KCC / Tractor Loan / Gold Loan / MSME Loan / LAP will be an advantage.Good communication and customer-handling skills.Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.Should have a strong target-oriented approach.Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.What We Offer Competitive salaryAttractive performance-based incentivesOpportunity for career growthOn-the-job training and supportExposure to the banking and financial services sectorPay: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
