Assistant Manager CASA (Current Account Acquisition) Job Purpose We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager CASA. The role involves acquiring new Current Account customers, building strong customer relationships, and promoting banking products and services. The candidate will work closely with the branch team to achieve business targets and deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Acquire new Current Account customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation activities. Identify potential customers within the assigned area and convert them into bank customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products and services. Help customers register and use digital banking channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive banking experience. Achieve monthly targets for customer acquisition and account opening. Support the Sales Manager in market mapping and identifying business opportunities. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the branch team. Follow the banks policies, processes, and compliance guidelines. Ensure accurate documentation and KYC completion for all customers. Maintain high-quality customer acquisition as per bank standards. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic sales and customer handling skills. Ability to build relationships and generate business. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of banking products will be an added advantage. Eligibility Criteria Education: Any Graduate Experience: 02 Years Preferred Background: Banking Sales, CASA Sales, BFSI, Insurance Sales, Financial Services, or Freshers with a strong interest in sales. .
