Role OverviewHighly skilled Power Platform Developer & AI Consultant who can design, develop, and deliver scalable solutions using Power Platform and AI capabilities. This role involves endtoend ownership from requirement gathering to solution design and implementation. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions using: SharePoint, Dataverse, Canvas Apps and ModelDriven Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio / AI capabilitiesUnderstand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutionsDefine solution architecture including data models, environment strategy, and integrationsDesign and implement Dataverse security models and environment strategies; Build AIdriven solutions using Copilot Studio and automation capabilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendationsEnsure highquality delivery through testing, debugging, and performance optimizationCommunicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure transparency on progress and blockersLead or contribute to solution design discussions and best practicesProvide support and enhancements for existing applicationsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong handson experience with: Power Apps (Canvas and ModelDriven), Power Automate, Dataverse (data modeling, security, relationships), SharePoint integrationExperience with Copilot Studio / AI Builder / conversational agents; Strong understanding of environment strategy, ALM, and governanceAbility to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions; Strong communication and client interaction skills .
