Senior Power Platform Consultant (Hyderabad)

Role & responsibilities - Design and develop Power Platform solutions based on functional specifications, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to client business needs - Own solution architecture decisions end-to-end, translating business requirements into robust, scalable technical designs - Produce explicit, high-quality technical documentation, including solution designs, deployment guides, and handover materials - Participate actively in sprint planning, estimation, and agile delivery ceremonies, collaborating closely with cross functional and cross-geography teams - Support, coach, and mentor a junior Power Platform developer on the India team, helping build technical depth within the wider team - Act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders, proactively flagging risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement Preferred candidate profile Must-Have Technical Skills - Power Automate (Cloud Flows) - Power Apps Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps - Copilot Studio - Microsoft AI Hub - Dataverse Good-to-Have Skills - Azure services Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus - SharePoint / Microsoft 365 integration - REST APIs and custom connectors - SAP integration experience Experience & Qualifications - 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Power Platform projects end-to-end - Relevant Microsoft certifications expected at this level (e.g., PL 400, PL-200, or equivalent) - Proven ability to work independently in a remote, cross cultural, client-facing setup What Makes You Stand Out - A track record of owning solutions end-to-end, from design through deployment and handover - Genuine enthusiasm for mentoring junior talent and elevating team capability - Comfort operating with high autonomy while staying closely aligned with distributed, multi-cultural teams - Curiosity to explore and apply emerging Microsoft AI capabilities to real client problems .
