Job Responsibilities Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Database Development, Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Integration initiatives.5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT solutions using Azure data integration technologies, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Databricks.Strong expertise in Azure Databricks and PySpark for developing scalable, high-performance data pipelines.Proficient in SQL development, with extensive experience writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries in Azure-based or other relational database platforms.Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices, source code management, CI/CD processes, and Azure DevOps/GitHub integration.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.Experience supporting multiple clients in regulated and compliance-driven environments.Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to implement and promote data management frameworks and governance standards.Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex data and system issues.Comfortable working within structured, process-driven, and governance-focused organizations. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Experience supporting data management and analytics initiatives for Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences organizations.Hands-on experience with data-centric platforms and implementations, including CRM/SFA solutions and Business Intelligence tools.Experience working with Salesforce, Veeva CRM, or similar customer relationship management platforms.Prior experience with Veeva Network and Master Data Management solutions.Knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences data ecosystems, including customer master, sales, and commercial data domains.Microsoft Azure Data Engineer certifications such as DP-203 and/or DP-700.Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate certification.Experience working in Agile environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.Exposure to Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies, including experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered agents and automation solutions.Familiarity with modern data architectures, data governance practices, and cloud-native analytics platforms. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
