Job Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data solutions leveraging SQL Server, Informatica, SSIS, SSRS, Power Platform, cloud-native services, and AI technologies. Identify and engage the appropriate cross-functional resources required for successful delivery, including Data Engineering, Reporting, Cloud, QA, Infrastructure and Risk/Security teams. Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to define technical strategies, design scalable solutions, and present recommendations to internal and external dependent teams. Proactively plan and communicate extended time-off schedules to Product Owners and leadership teams to support effective resource planning Provide technical leadership, mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing to develop team capabilities across data engineering, cloud modernization, Power Platform, and AI technologies. Participate in key governance and leadership forums, including Scrum, Scrum of Scrums, Technical Lead Reviews, Management Reviews, and Governance meetings. Evaluate resource capacity and proactively identify staffing needs, including contractor and consulting requirements. Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
