Job Role: Workday Recruiting SME Experience: 510 Years Relevant Experience Location: Mumbai / Chennai Role Summary Looking for an experienced Workday Recruiting SME to lead Workday Recruiting configuration, solution design, and client engagements. The candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment processes, Workday Recruiting implementation, and functional consulting. Key Responsibilities Configure and optimize Workday Recruiting modules including Job Requisitions, Career Sites, Candidate Management, Interview Scheduling, and Offers. Lead requirement gathering, client workshops, solution design, and functional discussions. Manage recruiting workflows, business processes, security roles, testing, and issue resolution. Provide guidance on recruiting best practices and candidate experience improvements. Support Workday releases, enhancements, reporting, and analytics. Mentor junior consultants and ensure quality project delivery. Required Skills 6+ years of Workday Functional Consulting experience with strong Recruiting module expertise. Workday Recruiting certification required. Experience in recruitment lifecycle, hiring workflows, and client-facing consulting. Exposure to Workday implementation projects and reporting/dashboarding is preferred.
