Your Role And Responsibilities As a Workday integration developer, you are responsible for design, build and configuring applications to meet business process and workday application requirements. Responsibilities Translate the business requirements into a detailed design that fully leverages the Workday tool set Collaborate and coordinate with Kyndryl CIO teams to design/build or enhance Workday applications including end to end testing Understand HR business processes, requirements and identify the most appropriate approach to solution. Integrate third party offerings with Workday. Participate in project engagements and have the ability to demonstrate solid approaches on integration development for Workday implementations. Provide subject matter expertise for establishing world-class integration in support of Kyndryl Workday tenant. Participate in high intensity workshops for problem definition, as-is and to-be process modeling, problem solving, and opportunity analysis, while providing the necessary integration components. Participate in system test, benchmarking and process simulation services. Required Technical And Professional Expertise 8+ years of experience in multiple interfaces to customer and vendor systems related to finance, payroll and HR functions. 3+ years of ERP or cloud solutions experience Solid knowledge and atleast 3 years experience with Workday Studio, Cloud connect, EIB (Inbound & Outbound), iLoad, Transformations DT, XMLT and Web services. Hands on experience with Report writing, Custom reports, Calculated fields, Connectors CCW, PECI and PICOF Certified in Workday HCM, Studio and Integration. Workday Security Cerification is preferred. Preferred Technical And Professional Experience Maintain and enhance technical and professional skills. Must be detail-oriented, professional, and self-directed. Strong ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing. Develop bug fixes for supported systems and tools. Thirst for knowledge and how to apply learning to address current company projects. Should be able to interlock with multiple stakeholders to keep the projects on track.
