Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant (OAF)

Role & responsibilitiesDevelop, customize and support Oracle ERP R12 Finance applications.Work extensively on Oracle Finance modules:Accounts Payable (AP)Accounts Receivable (AR)Fixed Assets (FA)Develop and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, SQL, and PL/SQL objects.Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.Perform application enhancements, customization, integration, testing, and deployment.Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and global project teams.Required Skills5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP R12 Technical.Strong experience in Oracle Finance Modules (AP, AR, FA).Hands-on expertise in:Oracle DatabaseSQL & PL/SQLOracle Forms DevelopmentOracle ReportsStrong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred candidate profileExperience in Oracle Application Framework (OAF) Development.Candidates without OAF experience should have strong Java development experience.Experience in Oracle ERP implementation, support, rollout, or enhancement projects.Experience working with global clients or multinational teams is an advantage.Mandatory RequirementsOracle ERP R12 Finance Technical experience is mandatory.Oracle Forms Development experience is mandatory.Willingness to travel to Korea for project assignments.Ability to work in a multicultural and global project environment.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams. .
