Role Purpose To provide world-class travel fulfilment and consultancy services to corporate clients within the Middle East/GCC market. The role involves managing complex international itineraries, ensuring strict policy compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service through multi-channel support. Key Responsibilities 1. Travel Planning and Booking Comprehensive Itineraries: Plan and book end-to-end travel for corporate clients, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation (car rentals/transfers). GDS Mastery: Utilize Sabre(GDS) to efficiently search, book, and manage complex travel reservations. Precision: Ensure 100% accuracy in booking details, including travel dates, destinations, passenger information (APIS), and specific preferences. 2. Specialized Hotel Bookings Process Management: Handle domestic and international hotel reservations tailored to the specific needs of business travelers. GDS: Utilize GDS (preferably Sabre) to search for availability, manage room types, negotiate rates, and confirm special requests. 3. Customer Service Excellence Proactive Support: Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing inquiries via phone and email. Problem Resolution: Assist travelers with modifications, last-minute cancellations, and emergency travel assistance. Relationship Management: Maintain a positive, helpful attitude to ensure a seamless and satisfactory travel experience. 4. Travel Expertise & Consulting Fare Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of international airfares, fare rules (Nego/Published), exchange policies, and re-routing. Expert Advice: Provide recommendations on travel options, destinations, and regional travel nuances specific to the West Asia/GCC region. Industry Trends: Stay updated on global travel regulations, airline updates, and industry best practices. 5. Visa Assistance Basic Guidance: Provide essential visa information, including determining transit visa requirements for international connections. Coordination: Liaise with internal visa teams or external partners for complex visa processing needs. 6. Technology, Compliance & Reporting Tools: Utilize Yatras online tools and mid-office systems for booking, billing, and reporting. Compliance: Ensure all bookings adhere to company policies and procedures, including the accurate capture of Taxes Data Integrity: Accurately report travel data in a timely manner according to corporate requirements. Candidate Profile Experience: 3-8 years in international travel fulfillment. Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the West Asia/GCC region is highly desired. Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a major advantage. Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in Sabre. Flexibility: Must be willing to work in a 24x7 environment, including weekends and holidays, to support the Middle East work week (SundayThursday). .
