Medical Officer AFIH || Jindal Steel Patratu

Role & responsibilities Evaluate patients to determine their medical condition by carrying out physical examinations(medical history) for establishing diagnosis and treatment plan Oversee organizing of health camps at Patratu plant by liaising with hospitals from Ranchi Carry out health talks once in every two months at Patratu plant to ensure employee welfare Carry out data assessment for employees to check the possibility of various diseases for early diagnosis and treatment Provide all physician care on an outpatient basis and pre-operative care in case of minor surgery at Occupational Health Center Perform clinical procedures for patient&benefit which are within scope and skill of practitioner and are economically feasible Delivery of care, treatment and referrals(for those medical specialties not provided by the Corporation/Hospital) Prepare forms, letters and examinations on behalf of patients for claims of disability, workmens compensation, injuries and illnesses Manage self and junior medical staff, medical trainees and other staff in order to facilitate seamless functioning of Medical department Maintain high standard of medical practice and participate in the training & development of the medical team(clinic staff) Document on site/in office procedure, prescription, consultation and patient contact in patients chart and on the facility encounter forms Interact with internal departments such as HR, F&A etc. to ensure smooth functioning of healthcare facilities Explain various issues, problems as well as propose solutions & initiatives for patient;s health and well-being. Desired Qualification+ Experience MBBS with AFIH ,2-5 Years of experience Industry Type Exposure -Manufacturing / Iron / Steel .
