Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of financial products and services to drive client satisfaction and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a designated portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial objectives, challenges, and evolving needs through regular meetings and communication. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant financial products and services, including investments, loans, insurance, and wealth management solutions. Prepare and present comprehensive financial proposals and solutions to clients, clearly articulating benefits and risks. Monitor client portfolios and market trends to provide timely advice and adjust strategies as needed to meet client goals. Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of service quality. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards in all client interactions. Participate in business development activities to acquire new clients and expand the client base. Provide regular reports on client portfolio performance, sales activities, and relationship health to management. .
