Area Operation Manager

We are looking for a high-impact Area Operations Manager (AOM) to drive operational excellence across multiple territories. The role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, team leadership, and execution rigor to manage large teams and deliver business outcomes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations & Execution Own end-to-end operations for assigned geography / multiple territoriesDrive performance metrics, productivity, and operational efficiencyEnsure consistent execution of processes, SOPs, and business standardsManage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight timelines2. Team Leadership Lead, manage, and scale large field teams (50150 members)Build high-performance teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured reviewsDrive accountability and ownership across team members3. Business Ownership Take complete ownership of regional business goals and P&L-linked metricsIdentify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutionsEnsure strong customer experience and service delivery4. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.)Manage internal and external stakeholders effectivelyEnsure seamless coordination across functions to drive outcomes5. Problem Solving & Decision Making Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areasMake data-driven decisions in ambiguous and dynamic environmentsSolve operational challenges with structured problem-solving approaches Eligibility Criteria Education: MBA / PGDM (Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes only) OR B.E / B.Tech from Tier 1 Institutes Experience: 210 years of total work experience For candidates with >5 years experience: Not more than 3 years in the same role Disclaimer: This is a Pan India opportunity.
