Role & responsibilities Min 3 yrs experience in manufacturing industry in commercial Job & Responsibilities: Responsible for warehouse setup. GRN of material received. Maintained daily inventory and stock reports including inward, outward, and shared updates with Head Office through email. Generated E-Invoices and E-Way Bills for daily dispatch and transportation operations. Damage and defective (DAD) handling. Inventory management of RM/PM finished goods. Handled daily distribution activities and monitored consignment tracking to ensure smooth delivery operations. Tracking of in transit consignments and closing in transit cases. Maintaining accuracy of Finished Inventory Stock (FIS). Responsible for legal formalities during transportation. Maintaining stock returned to buyer. Preparing of packing list and dispatch details. Maintaining the stock and coordinating with suppliers for the arrival of goods Physical verification of stock Effectively handle multi-tasking operations Maintaining inward and outward material in SAP.
