Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cluster Manager to lead our sales and distribution activities in the Delhi region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing territory sales, distributor networks, team performance, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned cluster. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Management Drive primary and secondary sales across the Delhi region. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Ensure product availability, visibility, and market penetration across all towns in the cluster. Distributor & Retail Management Appoint and manage distributors and stockists in the assigned areas. Monitor distributor ROI, stock levels, and claim processing. Resolve distributor and market-related issues promptly. Team Management Lead and supervise Sales Officers / Territory Sales Executives. Monitor daily field activities, assign targets, and review performance. Conduct regular team training, motivation, and performance evaluations. Market Development & Execution Plan and execute trade marketing activities, product promotions, and market activations. Conduct regular market visits to ensure strong retailer engagement. Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and product feedback. Reporting & Coordination Maintain timely and accurate reporting of sales data and market insights. Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and HO teams for smooth operations. Analyze competitor activities and propose counter-strategies. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred. 47 years of experience in FMCG / Personal Care / Consumer Goods sales. Proven experience in managing distributors and field sales teams. Sound knowledge of the Delhi regions retail and distribution landscape. Skills Required: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to travel extensively within the region.
