As a Data Analyst at our organization, your role will involve supporting data-driven decision-making by leveraging your highly analytical and detail-oriented skills. You will be expected to demonstrate strong technical expertise, a structured approach to problem-solving, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:- Strong analytical ability and intellectual curiosity- Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholder groups- Proven capability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts clearly- Robust organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets- Ability to prepare and deliver clear, data-driven presentations- Strong communication skills across all levels of management and technical teams- Proficiency in SQL, including writing scripts, evaluating queries, performing joins and filters, and using SQL Developer and SQL Loader- Skilled in Excel functions such as VLOOKUP- Working knowledge of end-to-end business process flows to ensure accurate data delivery- Intermediate proficiency in Python and familiarity with Python or Visual Studio editors- Experience with Git Lab or Bitbucket for version control- Good to have experience using Splunk for log analysisQualifications Required:- 7 years of experience in a similar role- Immediate joiners preferredLocation:- Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Noida/GurgaonJoin us and be a part of a dynamic team where your analytical skills will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decisions across the organization.
