Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with healthcare providers and other stakeholders. Process benefit administration and claim support activities. Review claim documentation and determine appropriate next steps. Conduct provider outreach to obtain required information. Manage follow-up activities and resolve outstanding requests. Ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and service-level standards. Identify and resolve processing exceptions. Maintain accurate and complete documentation. Support multiple product lines and workflows. Escalate complex issues when required. (L2) Support training, coaching, knowledge sharing, and recommend process improvements. What We're Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and voice process experience. Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in working with multiple systems and applications. Willingness to learn and adapt to current processes. Preferred Experience Experience in Disability, Leave Administration, Insurance, Claims Processing, Healthcare Operations, or Contact Center.
