Drive Business Growth Plan and execute DTC campaigns to achieve sales, trial, and conversion targets. Identify current business prospects, markets, institutions, and consumer segments to expand business reach. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, coach, and develop Field Managers, Team Captains, Counsellors, and campaign teams. Build team capability through regular coaching, training, and performance reviews. Market Planning & Execution Develop area-wise execution plans and ensure adherence to coverage calendars. Monitor productivity, optimize manpower deployment, and ensure effective market coverage. Campaign & Performance Management Monitor campaign KPIs, productivity, trial delivery, consumer conversions, and business performance. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes. Consumer & Customer Engagement Ensure excellent consumer experience through effective demonstrations, objection handling, and engagement activities. Maintain high conversion standards and strengthen brand presence in the market. Operational Excellence Ensure accurate reporting, stock reconciliation, logistics coordination, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor inventory, POSM utilization, and material reconciliation. Distributor & Agency Management Coordinate with distributors, agencies, and cross-functional teams for smooth execution. Manage agency performance, claims, audits, payment follow-ups, and compliance requirements. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze market performance, productivity reports, scorecards, dashboards, and campaign effectiveness. Submit timely MIS reports and present business reviews with actionable insights. Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to company policies, audit standards, stewardship guidelines, and operational controls. Maintain complete documentation and compliance across all business activities. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, Logistics, IT, and Sales teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and sustainable business growth. .
