UI Full Stack Manager

Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced UI Full Stack Manager to lead a team of UI and Full Stack developers in designing, developing, and delivering modern web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, AWS, and CI/CD, along with experience in team management, project delivery, and application security. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage the UI Full Stack development team. - Design and develop scalable web applications using ReactJS and NodeJS. - Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams. - Plan, estimate, and deliver projects on time. - Review code and ensure development best practices. - Mentor team members and support their technical growth. - Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and project tracking. - Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability. - Implement secure coding practices and resolve security vulnerabilities. - Support production deployments and resolve critical issues. - Drive continuous improvement in development processes. Required Technical Skills : - Frontend : ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS, Redux, Responsive Web Design - Cloud Communications : CPaaS, White-Label Platforms - Database : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis - Cloud : AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch) - DevOps & CI/CD : Git, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins or GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes - Security : OWASP Top 10, Secure Coding Practices, Authentication & Authorization, API Security, Vulnerability Management Team Management : - Lead and mentor development teams. - Conduct code reviews and technical discussions. - Support hiring and onboarding. - Monitor team performance and productivity. - Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Preferred Skills : - Agile / Scrum - Microservices Architecture - Performance Optimization - Unit Testing and Automation - Problem-solving and Leadership Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
