Role Description The Branch Product Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for driving product performance and portfolio growth at the branch level. This role oversees implementation of product strategy for key lending products, monitors branch product metrics, and ensures alignment with organizational goals. Daily responsibilities include analyzing branch performance data, conducting local market research, identifying opportunities for new or enhanced offerings, and coordinating with sales and operations teams to improve customer experience and product penetration. The role involves guiding branch staff on product features, pricing, and compliance requirements, as well as preparing regular performance reports and recommending corrective actions. The Branch Product Head collaborates closely with regional and central product teams to roll out campaigns, refine processes, and support sustainable, compliant growth in the assigned market. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills to drive branch-level product performance and lifecycle management. Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to interpret data, understand customer behavior, and identify market opportunities. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide branch staff, and present insights to leadership. Candidates should ideally have experience in retail lending, NBFC or banking operations, especially in vehicle, gold, or small business loans. Candidates should possess a graduate degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, stakeholder management skills, and an aptitude for working in a target-driven, customer-focused environment. .
