Summary The SAP Fieldglass Functional API Integration Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation and integration of SAP Fieldglass within enterprise settings across PAN India. This role focuses on configuring core Fieldglass modulesCWM, Profile Worker, and workflowswhile designing and supporting robust API and batch-based integrations with external systems such as Ariba and S/4HANA. The consultant acts as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring seamless data flow, system interoperability, and compliance with business processes. With a solid emphasis on end-to-end implementation, testing, and go-live support, this position is critical to achieving operational efficiency and scalability in contingent workforce management. Location: PAN INDIA Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective Fieldglass configurations Configure and manage key modules including CWM, Profile Worker, workflows, and master data Design, develop, and support API-driven and file-based integrations with Ariba, S/4HANA, and other external systems Lead and execute SITUAT testing, including defect resolution and validation Support go-live activities and post-go-live stabilization Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure alignment and delivery Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass functional implementations Proven expertise in CWM, Profile Worker, and contingent workforce management processes Robust experience in API and batch integration with external systems (Ariba, S/4HANA, etc.) End-to-end implementation and testing experience across multiple projects Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations Familiarity with service procurement and worker profile management workflows Skills Mandatory Skills: SAP Fieldglass VMS (Contingent Workforce Management Service Procurement Worker Profile) .
