US Bookkeeping and Accounting Specialist (Hyderabad)

Were Hiring: US Accountant / QuickBooks Bookkeeper Location: Hyderabad, India Onsite Shift: US Shift Joining: Immediate We are seeking an experienced US Accountant / QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting US-based clients and managing day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities using QuickBooks. Key Responsibilities - Manage bookkeeping and accounting activities for US clients - Record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks - Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable - Perform bank and credit card reconciliations - Prepare invoices and monitor collections - Maintain general ledger accounts and journal entries - Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities - Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets - Maintain accurate supporting documentation and accounting records - Coordinate directly with US clients and internal stakeholders - Ensure compliance with established US accounting procedures and client requirements Required Qualifications: - Prior US accounting experience supporting US-based clients - Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop - Solid understanding of bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, AP, AR, and reconciliations - Robust Excel skills and attention to detail - Good written and verbal English communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Must be comfortable working the US shift - Must be available to work onsite from our Hyderabad office - Immediate joiners are strongly preferred Interested candidates may apply directly or share their resume via LinkedIn message. - #Hiring #USAccounting #AccountantJobs #Bookkeeping #QuickBooks #QuickBooksOnline #HyderabadJobs #AccountingJobs #USShift #ImmediateJoiners #FinanceJobs .
