About the Role We're looking for a bright, ambitious Junior Accountant, ideally a CA aspirant with a strong academic record who wants to build a career in finance at a fast-growing startup. You'll take ownership of day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and compliance, working directly with the founding team and gaining hands-on exposure across Singapore, India, and US operations. This is a high-learning role for someone who is detail-oriented, takes ownership, and is eager to grow into broader finance responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day accounting entries, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance.Assist with bank, vendor, and account reconciliations.Help prepare invoices, process payments, and track receivables/payables.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Assist in preparing MIS reports, schedules, and basic financial statements.Help maintain documentation for GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and internal teams for data and documentation.Maintain organized financial records and support process improvement initiatives.Learn and use ERP systems and automation tools to improve efficiency. Requirements CA aspirant (CA Inter cleared/pursuing CA, or completed articleship) or B.Com / M.Com with a strong academic background.12 years of accounting experience (internship or articleship experience preferred; freshers with excellent academics may apply).Sound understanding of accounting fundamentals and basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.Good working knowledge of Excel; exposure to ERP/accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus.Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn.Good communication skills and a high-ownership attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.Interest in automation or AI tools is an added advantage.
