Job SummaryWe are seeking a Service Engineer IBMS to install, commission, troubleshoot, maintain, and support Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) across client sites. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of building automation systems, including HVAC, Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Energy Management, and other integrated systems. Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of IBMS/BMS systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Building Management Systems and associated field devices. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities at customer sites. Configure controllers, sensors, actuators, and supervisory software. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiency. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for project execution and service delivery. Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and documentation. Provide technical support and training to customers on system operation. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during site activities. Support integration of HVAC, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, PA System, and Energy Monitoring Systems. Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline. Hands-on experience with BMS/IBMS systems such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, or equivalent platforms. Knowledge of HVAC controls, PLCs, DDC Controllers, VFDs, and field instrumentation. Understanding of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP, KNX, or LonWorks. Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control schematics. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. Willingness to travel to customer sites as required. Preferred SkillsExperience in commercial buildings, data centers, hospitals, airports, or industrial facilities. Certification/training in BMS, HVAC Controls, or Building Automation Systems. Knowledge of networking fundamentals and integration platforms.
