Role Overview: We're looking for a hands-on Operations Assistant to support day-to-day activities across our business minor repairs of agricultural tools, logistics support, and general errands as needed. Key Responsibilities: Carry out minor repairs/maintenance of agricultural tools and equipment sold by the company Assist with loading, unloading, and delivery logistics Support day-to-day errands and operational tasks across the business Help out wherever gaps arise in daily operations Requirements: Basic technical/mechanical aptitude (tool repair experience a plus, not mandatory) Willingness to travel locally for deliveries and errands Physically fit for loading/unloading work Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Two-wheeler license preferred .
